	Revised Energy Form: Received an energy form to include the first floor. The energy form received calls for three compliances to be met. 1. Compliance requires certification by the air handler unit manufacturer that the air handler enclosure qualifies as certified factory-sealed in accordance with N1110.A.3 2. Compliance required an air distribution system test report, by a Florida Class 1 Rater, confirming system leakage to outdoors is not greater thaen 15 cfm at 25 pascals pressure difference in accordance with N1110.A.2. 3. Compliance requires an envelope leakage test report, by a Florida Class 1 Rater, in accordance with N1113.A.1. PLEASE NOTE: A hold for the final inspection has been placed for these 3 items:
