Received a revised first floor plan showing the placement of receptacles.
The first floor is located beneath the lowest floor that complies with the minimum Base Flood Elevation. The first floor is limited to storage, access and parking. Limited switches, wiring and receptacles required for life safety are allowed below the Lowest Floor. In addition, electrical wiring cannot be attached to or penetrate breakaway walls. All the receptacles shown on the revised RCI are located in break away walls.
Please revise the receptacle placement to comply with NFIP Section 60.3(a)(3), Technical Fact Sheet # 28- Protecting Utilities, and Technical Bulletin 5
