1. Please provide all plans and details for storm shelter. FEMA 320 designs are acceptable. Other designs must be submitted for approval separatly, prior to being attached to the plans. Footings must be shown on the foundation plans.

2. Please review rebar spacing. The o.c. spacing and additional required rebar at openings does not comply with FBC-R609.3 and Tables R609.3.3A or R609.3.3B.

3. Please provide a detail for the wood framed entry that includes the sheathing size/fastening specs, and a complete load path from roof trusses to masonry wall. If sheathing is "combined use", system will need to comply with APA document SR-101B. Also include the fastening/connection requirements for the false knee wall, as it is wind loaded also.

4. Please specify the porch "structural" ceilings and attachment for the "enclosed" structural design, as gypsum alone is not approved.
