1. Please provide all plans and details for the safe room/storm shelter. FEMA 320 designs are acceptable. Other designs must be submitted for approval separately, prior to being attached to the plans. Footings must be shown on the foundation plans.

3. Please provide detail for wood framed entry that includes the sheathing size/fastening specs, and a complete load path from roof trusses to masonry wall. If sheathing is "combined use", system will need to comply with APA document SR-101B. Also include the fastening/connection requirements for the false knee wall, as it is wind loaded also.

10. Response to Item 1. is insufficient in that the size of the storm room on the Plans exceeds the size of the FEMA320 Storm room by BFS approved 4/11/07. Please provide plans from BFS for the current design sizes. (These new plans must be reviewed and approved separately before attachment to the job set of construction plans). The footers on the foundation plan need to show room size dimensions.

11. Response to Item #3 is insufficient in that the detail for the "false wall" does not specify the attachment to the trusses on top or bottom of the wall, also there is no framing plan as referenced.
