1. Please provide all plans and details for the safe room/storm shelter. FEMA 320 designs are acceptable. Other designs must be submitted for approval separately, prior to being attached to the plans. Footings must be shown on the foundation plans.

3. Please provide detail for wood framed entry that includes the sheathing size/fastening specs, and a complete load path from roof trusses to masonry wall. If sheathing is "combined use", system will need to comply with APA document SR-101B. Also include the fastening/connection requirements for the false knee wall, as it is wind loaded also.
