1. The plans indicate a roof covering of concrete tile whereas the engineering indicates a 7/16 osb sheathing. Please submit the tile manufacturers installation document which describes this install or revise plans. Also indicate the on-center spacing of fasteners.

2. It appears the Storm-room design and details are being taken from the first version of FEMA 320 which makes reference to ASCE 7-02. St. Johns County is currently enforcing the revised addition or the AUGUST 2008 version of FEMA 320 which refers to ASCE 7-05. Please revise sheet S3.03 to reflect the new requirements of FEMA 320.
