It appears the Storm-room design and details are being taken from the first version of FEMA 320 which makes reference to ASCE 7-02. St. Johns County is currently enforcing the revised addition or the AUGUST 2008 version of FEMA 320 which refers to ASCE 7-05. Please revise sheet S3.03 to reflect the new requirements of FEMA 320.

It appears the proposed structure on the submitted plot plan will encroach on the rear set back (according to the set back requirements on the clearance sheet) by 5". It appears that the structure could move forward to compensate this issue. Please provide a revised plot plan that meets the required setbacks.
