This project is located in the Wind-Borne Debris Region. As such, plans must include provisions for protection of openings per 2007 FBC-Building Section R301.2.1.2 w/2009 supplements.
Please identify which method of opening protection is to be used and list it on the plans.

Please submit the 8th edition Manual J form.
The (EPL) Energy Performance Level Display Card needs to be signed and dated by the Builder.
The Code Compliance Cheklist (Pg 5 of 5) needs to be filled out.
