Received plans to replace a screen enclosure and replace it with an enclosure with vinyl windows.
Emergency access from a bedroom must lead directly to the exterior without passing through another room per R310.1. Please provide a floor plan that shows what room has direct access to the proposed enclosure. Exit through a screen enclosure is allowed, exit through a vinyl is not. If the proposed enclosure blocks direct access to the exterior, please provide a revision to comply with R310.1
