1. Site plan is not legible (stamped 'Bad Copy'), is not consistent, including garage location, and does not match Health Department site plan.
Please provide two copies of a new legible site plan, with no prior stamps, showing all proposed and existing structures and setbacks, re-stamped by Zoning. Health Department site plan must match Zoning site plan
Construction documents shall be of sufficient clarity to indicate the location, nature, and extent of the work proposed and show in detail that it will conform to the provisions of this code and laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations.

2. Energy Sheets:
Addition:
-Provide two copies of checked off Air Barrier and Insulation Inspection Checklist. (Blank copy attached)
-Add Jurisdiction Number.
Guest:
-Specify mini-split brand, type, model, size, per FBC-EC 403.6.
-Note Jurisdiction Number.
FYI: Changing conventional insulation to spray foam insulation is considered a substantial change and new construction details, Energy Sheets, and specific foam insulation ES Reports will be required with the Application for Revision.

3. Engineering:
Drag truss / shear wall details are not clear.
-Please provide all details for shear walls, connections, hold-downs, etc.
-When are drag trusses required to be sheathed (Keynote 4/S-102)?
-Only one drag truss (T04B)is labeled "drag truss", with corresponding uplift numbers. The others are not identified.
Both monolithic and stem wall foundations are specified. Please specify rod embed details for threaded rods in both types.
An unsigned review form was attached to the truss package.
EOR, please sign/initial either the review form or the truss cover sheet, as meeting your design.

4. Please submit both pages of Clearance Sheet and verify Tax Parcel Number on Application.

General Notes: Your re-submittal should include two complete sets of plans. Please insert the revised pages into the plan sets, and pages removed from the stamped "Job copy" set, should be marked as "old set" and should be included in the re-submittal.
If old "Job copy" drawings, are not resubmitted there will be additional plan review fee charged due to the amount of time necessary to review entire drawing again.
ALL ITEMS changed or revised on plans and documents shall be identified by circling, clouding or identified by some other legible method. ADDITIONAL ITEMS MAY BE REQUIRED - DEPENDING ON NEW INFORMATION AND CLARITY OF FINAL PLANS SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW.
