1. St. Johns County has a wind speed design of 120mph. Architectural plans indicate 110 mph wind design whereas Structural designs list 120mph. Please correlate plans.

2. Structural plans sheet S-3 indicates a structural member depth of BM#2 of 24 inches whereas Truss engineering shows a beam depth of 16 inches. Please review and correlate plans.

3. The Florida Product Approval Matrix lists FL3687.R1 as the product approval number for the impact rated windows. The Florida Department of Community Affairs website doesn't appear to list these windows as meeting Impact rating. Please review and submit more information on the Loewen Windows product. It appears that Loewens does have a Storm Force Series of windows which may meet the conditions present.
