1. This plan set references the 2004 FBC but were submitted after March 1, 2009, when the 2007 Florida Building Code (FBC), 2009 Supplements and Florida Building Code-Residential (FBC-R)took effect. Please resubmit plans, designed and documented to reflect the 2007 FBC-R. Indicate all provisions of the 2007 FBC-R applicable to this project.

2. As per the Florida Building Code - Residential, Section R806 - Roof Ventilation, please submit roof ventilation calculations which meet the code listed above. Also please show all roof vents on plans.
