Please define the level of alteration as defined in the 2004 Florida Existing Building code (provide percentage of work area of aggregate involved). Include analysis if a level 3.

FYI-If the work area exceeds 50 percent of the aggregate area of the building within a 12 month period then this is considered a level 3. A level 3 requires an engineering evaluation and analysis to be prepared by the engineer where more than 30 percent of the total sum of floor and roof areas of the building is involved in a structural alteration.(Existing Building Code 707.5.1) If this is less than 30 percent then a limited analysis is required(see Existing Code 707.5.2)
