	1. Refer to Item 1 on the Issues Report dated 5/2/2007; the point and main thrust of that rejection comment was that the truss engineering prepared by the "Delegated Engineer" (Morris)is REQUIRED to be reviewed and approved by the "Engineer of Record" (Block) to ensure that the individual truss designs are in conformance with the EOR's requirements. This still has not been done on the resubmitted truss engineering. A "shop drawing" style approval stamp is required to be signed and dated by the Engineer of Record on each Truss Design Index Sheet, INCLUDING BOTH ROOF AND FLOOR TRUSSES. This review/approval is required by Florida Statutes; see Florida Administrative Code 61G15-30.005.
	2. Item 2 of the Issues Report dated 5/2/2007 appears to have been addressed on the resubmitted roof truss engineering, and is subject to review/approval required by Item 1 above. The permitting review by this office remains suspended until receipt of foregoing documentation.
