1. Architectural drawing does not refer to the correct code cycle. ---Please have the Architectural drawing code cycle reference changed to represent the current 2020 cycle including the ASCE 7-16. ---Please note that a licensed Architect should seal their drawings per Chapter 481 of the Florida Statutes	4/8/2021	janoda
2. R322.3.3 Foundations. Buildings and structures erected in coastal high-hazard areas and Coastal A Zones shall be supported on pilings or columns and shall be adequately anchored to such pilings or columns. --- It appears there are no structural details for the pergola including piles, attachments, fasteners etc... ---If the pergola is not going to be constructed at this time please mark it as not part of this permit including the site plan.
3. A V Zone Building Design Performance Certificate is required to be completed by the designer of record for review prior to permitting. ---Please provide a V zone certificate for review
4. Please provide the ICC_ES Report for the sprat foam insulation. ---The test data report should be provided by the supplier for the product being used.
