1 - Please request the engineer of record to size the 4 pier footings supporting the garage guest suite access stairs and resubmit.
2 - Submit Florida Energy Data sheets for the guest suite as a separate system (building). Also resubmit the main house to reduce the conditioned area to 3694 square feet as stated within the areas schedule.
