Plans have several conflicting details. - Please clarify when on the lintel table is an A or B type designation used for the specific locations .
- Missing plans for spiral stairs and surrounding floor system framing details.
- Provide PSL bearing requirements/support for bedroom 3 wall bearing point.

SHEET 1.2/2.0(FBC-R107)
- Detail 'C' - Welding a Simpson HU-14 hanger is not part of the manufacturers recommended installation methods and is general strap category not a specific hanger callout required by the situation.
- Detail 'D' - Isn't specific enough to construct/missing information and references a 30" floor joist while the truss sheets show 24". Do we need a new set of floor truss drawings?
NOTE: Both details need to be re-evaluated due to lack of specifics and have incorrect information.

SHEET 3.0 (FBC-R107).
- Ledger attachment to wall with lag screws may not work with masonry walls. Please revise connection or wall plans.
- There appears to be a conflict at bedroom 4 wall to outside floor deck attachment. Floor truss plans show bearing on top of block wall that is continuous through to the roof. (floor trusses are 8 inches to long)

PLANS General Notes: Your re-submittal should include two complete sets of plans. Please insert the revised pages into the plan sets, and pages removed from the stamped "Job copy" set, should be marked as "old set" and should be included in the re-submittal.
If old "Job copy" drawings, are not resubmitted there will be additional plan review fee charged due to the amount of time necessary to review entire drawing again.
ALL ITEMS changed or revised on plans and documents shall be identified by circling, clouding or identified by some other legible method. ADDITIONAL ITEMS MAY BE REQUIRED - DEPENDING ON NEW INFORMATION AND CLARITY OF FINAL PLANS SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW.
