1. Please provide the anticipated finished floor elevation in the NGVD datum to demonstrate compliance with the current design flood elevation. (Originally on page 8.0 of plans)
2. DETAIL/MISSING WALL SECTION DETAIL:
- Please provide a complete 2-story wall section detail showing materials, including interior wall covering, insulation material, and exterior wall finish with details, (FBC-107). Plans have several conflicting details. Please have all documents correlate, (roofing pitch & type, attic insulation, wall insulation, floor truss bearings, truss to bond beam connection, vertical rebar spacing, ......)
3. Please provide a complete foundation page showing all footers interior and exterior. (FBC-R107).
Note: Detail E/2.0 footing depth is the same as the required anchor bolt penetration detail A/3.0
