1. ENGINEERING FOR THIS PROJECT APPEARS TO BE MISSING STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS: Please review supporting structure and load path requirements for this structure (FBC-R107).

- - Please provide attachment details for wood floor trusses & PSL's to steel beam

(incomplete 5/2)

- - Provide interior support requirements for interior bearing of PSL's (the wood beams on truss layout sheet the fireplace side of house)(incomplete 5/2)

-ok 5/2/18 - Second floor rear balcony detail incomplete (detail doesn't match floor plan spacing & sizes)

-ok 5/2 - Pool house missing roof framing

-ok 5/2 - Pool house missing column & column footing detail (footing note partially cut off)  

-  - Pool house missing 2nd floor floor-system including sizes, attachment requirements and subfloor information.

-  - Pool house missing wall to house wall connection requirements (block to block connections)

-  - Please provide engineering for pool house  2nd floor deck and stair requirements (i.e. framing, attachments, post, footings...)

3.  AS PER ORDINANCE # 98-42 An additional fee due and payable at permitting shall be of $100 each for any second resubmission of plans. Per FL. Statute 553.80(2)(b), on any third and subsequent resubmissions that do not correct a code violation that is specifically and continuously noted in each previous rejection, a fee of four times the amount of the fee attributed to plan review will be charged.
