1.  Site plan is not approved by Developement Services.
    Provide Site Plan, matching the Architectural Plans, signed-off by Ponte Vedra Zoning Review, and stamped by
    Developement Services.   
  

 

2.  Truss layouts, including beams, do not match Engineering Plans and are not signed-off by EOR.
    Provide truss layout pages, matching truss profile sheets, engineering, and architectural plans and signed-off 
    by Engineer of record (EOR). 


 

3.  Provide a complete list of Product Approval Numbers for all building envelope materials,
    including all types of doors and windows, and all roofing materials used on this project.   

NOTE: Verify that all doors and windows meet the wind pressures indicated on Engineering Pages. 
      

 

4.  Review entire Application Package and verify all documents match, are correct, and are in package.
    Provide (2) and only (2) of each required document.

    REVIEW ALL PREVIOUS ISSUES REPORTS AND ADDRESS ALL ISSUES.

 

5.  THIS APPLICATION PACKAGE HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETELY REVIEWED, DUE TO THE INCOMPLETE, INACCURATE DOCUMENTS 
    SUBMITTED SO FAR.
    OTHER ISSUES MAY BE FOUND WHEN A COMPLETE REVIEW IS POSSIBLE.

 
FYI-AS PER ORDINANCE # 98-42 “ An additional fee due and payable at permitting shall be of $100 each for any second resubmission of plans. Per FL. Statute 553.80(2)(b), on any third and subsequent resubmissions that do not correct a code violation that is specifically and continuously noted in each previous rejection, a fee of four times the amount of the fee attributed to plan review will be charged.This is your second re-submission.
