FYI-AS PER ORDINANCE # 98-42 “ An additional fee due and payable at
permitting shall be of $100 each for any second resubmission of plans.
Per FL. Statute 553.80(2)(b), on any third and subsequent
resubmissions that do not correct a code violation that is
specifically and continuously noted in each previous rejection,
a fee of four times the amount of the fee attributed to plan
review will be charged.This is your second re-submission.

4. Truss drawings do not match architectural drawings regarding roof pitch and height of trusses.
Building height must be less than 35'. Height of floor and roof trusses, as per Truss Drawings,
results in building height over 35'.
New truss drawings must be signed-off by EOR.
Provide Truss Layouts at readable size and scale.

5. Provide complete engineering, including beam specifcations and profile sheets, lintel schedule,
Wind Design Data, opening protection, etc.

7. Provide all Product Approval information on one type of document, including roofing material over
Covered Patio.
