Does this glass room affect emergency egress from a bedroom as per FBC R310?

The site is located in an exposure C but the foundation and structure were designed as an exposure B. Please make any necessary changes to the plans such as the design criteria and possibly the structural components.

The energy form has specified this structure is not to be heated or cooled.
You will be required to fill out a no heat/cool affidavit available in the building dept. I believe it must be signed by the owner and notarized.

The horizontal slider with the Florida Product Approval Number 3512.1 has a design pressure of + or - 15 psf. This does not comply the 2004 FBC-R Table R301.2(2).Please specify a window that will meet this requirement.
