	1. Submit 2nd floor framing details, including floor joist/truss and beam profile sheets. Review bearing and connections.
	2. Review site plan and project location. Street name on site plan does not match other documents.
	Printed plans submitted for review must include the following information required by the 2004 Florida Building Code - Residential: specification of metal ducts in garage (R309.1.1), thickness and material of door from garage to living space (R309.1), separation of garage from habitable space (R309.2), minimum clearances around mechanical equipment (M1601.3.3), anchoring of outside mechanical units (M1307.3.1), and flashing requirements for windows published by BOAF, First Coast Chapter, Codes and Standards Bulletin. All other provisions of the 2004 FBC-R apply to this project as well.
	FYI-ADDITIONAL ITEMS MAY BE REQUIRED - DEPENDING ON INFORMATION AND CLARITY OF FINAL PLANS SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW
