1 - There are no exterior Shear Walls indicated within the submitted
engineering. It is assumed at this point that all exterior walls are
used as shear with a 6/12 nailing pattern as given on engineering
sheet S1, please clarify.
2 - Roof and floor truss engineering data sheets indicate 7# TCDL. The
plans calls for concrete tile roofing. This heavy load roofing
requires a min. of 15# TCDL. Please correct and resubmit.
3 - There are no other comments at this point.
