	1. This project is designed as Enclosed Structure, and is located in the Wind-Borne Debris region. As such, plans must include the specifications for protection of openings per FBC-R301.2.1.2. Trusses are designed for Partially Enclosed; confirm design criteria and provide corrected documents.
	2. Printed plans submitted for review must include the following information required by the 2004 Florida Building Code - Residential: specification of metal ducts in garage (R309.1.1), thickness and material of door from garage to living space (R309.1), separation of garage from habitable space (R309.2), minimum clearances around mechanical equipment (M1601.3.3), anchoring of outside mechanical units (M1307.3.1), and flashing requirements for windows published by BOAF, First Coast Chapter, Codes and Standards Bulletin. All other provisions of the 2004 FBC-R apply to this project as well.
