1 - Changing the structure to 3-story requires the building
to be Fire Protected. This can be achived 2 ways, Sprinklers
or a designed system as outlined within the FBC. Both methods
are acceptable, please select, design, and submit for plan review.
2 - The Florida Energy data sheets submitted are much larger
than the heated-A/C space, please recalculate and resubmit.
