1. Item 2, 01/25/06, was not corrected. (4) interior LVL beams
carry exterior walls with roof uplift loads. Specify hold downs
for continuous uplift at LVL bearing locations.

2. Item 3, 01/25/06, was not corrected. Gable-end trusses are
considered exterior wall framing and as such must meet 2004 FBC-R,
Table R301.7 for allowable deflection. The trusses submitted have
2x4 studs/verticle webs, oriented flat-wise, 2-ft. O.C.
Specify permanent bracing of studs/verticle webs.

FYI-AS PER ORDINANCE # 98-42 “ An additional fee due and payable at
permitting shall be of $100 each for any second resubmission of plans.
Per FL. Statute 553.80(2)(b), on any third and subsequent
resubmissions that do not correct a code violation that is
specifically and continuously noted in each previous rejection,
a fee of four times the amount of the fee attributed to plan
review will be charged.This is your second re-submission.
