1. The fences, shown as part of the pool barrier, must be permanent structures and as such, cannot be located in
an easement. The pool barrier should be located outside of easements or a "Release of Easement", from the
owner of the easement, must be provided. The Release of Easement must state that: if the fence is removed,
that part of the pool barrier will be replaced, immediately, to maintain the continuity of the pool barrier.
