3) Engineering indicates a maximum height of five (5) foot height design. There is indications that the bulkhead wall may be built to six (6) feet. Please have drawings reengineered to meet the loads associated with the higher built wall.

4) Army Corp of Engineers have reviewed the same submittal of a five foot wall. Please provide new letter from Army Corp of Engineers approving the higher wall.

5) This permit application is only good for Lot 34. There appears to be the same identical work being performed on Lot 33. Please clarify and apply for proper permitting for Lot 33.
