Per FBC 1007.4.2, a landing is required at bottom of interior stair between bottom riser and doorway.
Suggest you consider deleting the subject door and wall segment(s) to resolve this issue.
A doorway could be added at 2nd floor hallway if desired for privacy purposes.

Reference detail 6/S-1B, 3 Simpson A35 connectors stacked end-to-end will not fit the 11 1/4" beam depth.
It further appears that the capacity of all 6 connectors will be exceeded by the imposed load.
Provide calculations and corrected connection detail as appropriate.

It appears that the proposed Microlam ridge beam over Gathering Room will deflect approximately
1.6", thereby exceeding the recommended deflection for roof structure. Provide calculations and
corrected documents as appropriate.

As a "heads-up", plans have been marked to show that handrails are required at exterior
steps if the number of risers is 4 or more. Reference FBC 1007.5.
