GENERAL NOTES:
Your resubmittal should include three sets of plans or you may insert
the revised pages into the plan sets and one set of the original shall
be resubmitted.
ALL ITEMS REVISED SHALL BE IDENTIFIED.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS MAYBE REQUIRED - DEPENDING ON INFORMATION AND CLARITY
OF FINAL PLANS SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW
AS PER ORDINANCE # 98-42 "An additional fee due and payable at permitting
shall be of $100 each for any second resubmission of plans." Per FL.
Statute 553.80(2)(b), on any third and subsequent resubmissions that do
not correct a code violation that is specifically and continuously noted
in each previous rejection, a fee of four times the amount of the fee
attributed to plan review will be charged.
All changes to the plans shall be identified by “clouding”, nomenclature
and other readily identifiable means.
