Under Construction Elevation Certificate
This submission has been approved. Please address the following comments on the Finished Construction Elevation Certificate:
1) Minimum required elevation is 9.0' NAVD 1988. The first floor of this structure is reported at 7.8' NAVD 1988. Areas below the minimum elevation required must be used solely for parking, storage, or building access and must be equipped with hydrostatic openings. Please reference FEMA Technical Bulletin 1 or contact our office for installation requirements.
2) All equipment/ machinery servicing the building must be elevated to at least 9.0' NAVD 1988.
