1. STRUCTURES SEAWARD OF THE COASTAL CONSTRUCTION CONTRROL LINE (CCCL): Rear porch deck revision seaward of CCCL requires DEP (Florida Department of Environmental Protection) Approval. The package from DEP should contain dimensioned site plan, dimensioned cross-section, and notice to proceed with scope of work.

2. ENGINEER PLANS REVISIONS NOT HIGHLIGHTED: Please identify changed/revised items on plans by circling, clouding or identified by some other legible method. If old "Job copy" drawings, are not resubmitted there will be additional plan review fee charged due to the amount of time necessary to review entire drawing again.

SITE PLAN REVISION: Submit corrected site plan showing revised rear deck for clearance/zoning review and then re-submit to Building Dept. Or correct Building Plans to correspond to Site Plan and re-submit to Building Dept. (per FBC-R107.2)
