3. ENGINEERING OF REAR PORCH DECK SHOWING BREAKAWAY POSTS: Please provide frangible construction and break away connection to house details or engineered piling foundation for deck support.

5. PLEASE PROVIDE WALL SECTION FOR BONUS BATHROOM (over garage): Missing section detail E-E/A320 showing ceiling height and clearance over bathroom fixtures per FBC-R305.

6. Accessible Bathroom:
Please provide 29-inch clear openings into at least one full bathroom on the ground level, per FBC-R320.1.  2'-6" pocket doors and 2'-8" swing doors qualify as 29" clear openings.  Access must be into and through out the designated bathroom.  When using double (french) doors, one of the individual single doors must meet the requirement, per FBC-R 320.1.

7. Spray Foam Insulation: Please specify the spray foam insulation to be used and submit the ES Report for that product. ES Reports have optional applications. Please indicate all options on the ES report, including ignition and thermal barriers. Interior living and attic storage spaces require a thermal barrier over all foam plastic materials, including spray foam, ICF, and SIPS panels depending on Mfg.'s specifications. (FBC-R318)

-The manufacturers installation instructions and signed attic card must be on site for inspection. Your applicator should leave cans for verification of products that were used.

8. Architectural/Building Plans Incomplete/Conflicting Information With Engineering: Please provide Ceiling Framing Information. Architectural plans showing roof trusses with spray foam insulation and Engineering Plans showing conventional roof framing and ceiling underframing by builder.

9. MISSING SEWER/SEPTIC INFORMATION: Please provide appropriate information, if septic system please provide FEMA Approved method of installation and support. (connection to county sewer & water receipt)
