1. Plans Not Clear or Missing Information:
- Please provide clear and legible equipment manufacturers product sheets with make and model to be installed clearly identified. Either specify the equipment to be installed on the pool layout sheet and/or clarify options that will be used in the construction of this pool, (i.e. list or circle options to be installed for the pumps, filter, drains, heater, pipe sizes, etc.). Please provide two complete and accurate sets of plans (FBC-R107.3)

2. MISSING PROVIDE APSP/ANSI-7 INFORMATION: Please provide pipe sizing per APSP Pool Pump Database curve, TDH Calculations for maximum pump speed including components to be installed, and include all equipment model #’s with accompanying documentation to be verified at inspection.
NOTE: Per the pool pump database an Inteliflo VS+SVRS pump for a 18000 gal pool the maximum flow rate is 101 gal/min.

DUE TO MISSING INFORMATION: Review cannot be completed at this time. Additional items may be required depending on new information provided.
AS PER ORDINANCE # 98-42 An additional fee due and payable at permitting shall be of $100 each for any second resubmission of plans. Per FL. Statute 553.80(2)(b), on any third and subsequent resubmissions that do not correct a code violation that is specifically and continuously noted in each previous rejection, a fee of four times the amount of the fee attributed to plan review will be charged.
