(FBC-107.2.1): Please provide a thorough breakdown of the work to be done ( including: the before and after of reconfigured space; any moved, removed and relocated walls, fixtures, etc.) Information on construction documents shall be dimensioned and drawn upon suitable material and shall be of sufficient clarity to indicate the location, nature and extent of the work proposed and show in detail that it will conform to the provisions of this code and relevant laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, as determined by the building official. (Note: This is a $227,643 renovation with the only plans pertaining to kitchen addition and one line of explanation on the Renovation Affidavit, please provide better information)
