1. Plans note to see details on sheet W-1 for retaining wall. Can not locate.
2. Page S-4 notes using 1/2" mechanical anchors for ledgers. No info. on
lenth, washer and type.
3. No info. on floor system and beams abover bottom floor area.
4. Energy shows bottom floor being condition space but plans show unfinished.
5. House is considered 3 story type VI. Must be either sprinklered per
NFPA 13 or 1 hour fire rated as per table 500 in the 2000 FBC.
