Missing connectors for trusses T02 & T09 truss due to uplift.  
Hughes connector is no longer available. Specify connectors that available.  
Missing spacing of the porch post.  
Provide eggress window for second floor bedroom.  
Floor plan show a elevation of 20' the clearance sheet as floor elevation of 25'.  
Missing connector from header to jack studs for typical header for doors and windows  
Provide spacing and information for alternate 1/2" all thread.  
Provide mechanical ventilation for second floor bathroom rooms per table 403.3 of the FMC.  
Provide stair details showing rise and run, handrails height and spacing of intermediate rail per sections 1007 & 1015.3of the FBC.  
Provide framing plan for wood deck showing lumber used, connectors ect.  
Clarify is a fireplace is going to be installed. Elevation show a chimney but floor plan doesn't have fireplace location.
