Please submit a floor plan showing existing rooms that adjoin the proposed glass room and existing windows for adjoining bedrooms. Glass rooms cannot cut off emergency egress from bedrooms. Emergency egress must lead directly to the exterior and not pass through another room as per 2004 FBCR section 310.
