Please clarify the addition's design analysis as enclosed or partially enclosed.
5-11-06 This item is outstanding. Please submit drawings with the following information:
1. As per FBC Section 104.2 the drawings and specifications shall have the name of the designer, his/her address, phone number and fax number.
2. The name and signature along with the raised sealed drawings for the architect and/or engineer.
3. The method used to design the structure as per Section 1606.1.1 of the Florida Building Code 2004.
Notes:(a.) The truss drawings were designed as partially enclosed and requires an engineer or architect building design as partially enclosed.
(b.) The project is west of I-95, which is not in the wind blown debris region.
(c.) Please see the attached design information guide for residential projects.

Please submit the truss packages signed and sealed by the truss designer matching the garage addition plans. The truss engineering shall match the design requirements, i.e., wind speed, enclosed or partially enclosed, mean roof height. The truss engineer shall specify all truss-to-truss connectors along with the size and number of nails/fasteners.
