Construction Affidavit for Renovation and Remodeling Document (FBC-107.2.1): Please provide a thorough breakdown of the work to be done ( including: sketch or floor plan showing where the new construction is located within the structure; the before and after of reconfigured space; any moved, removed and relocated walls, fixtures, etc.) Information on construction documents shall be dimensioned and drawn upon suitable material and shall be of sufficient clarity to indicate the location, nature and extent of the work proposed and show in detail that it will conform to the provisions of this code and relevant laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, as determined by the building official. (Note: This is not a $75,000 renovation with the only plans pertaining to converting a garage to office space, please provide better information)
Your submittal is clearly misleading of the actual work that was done. The removal of two structural post between a bank of independent windows and installing a roughly ten plus feet sliding glass door without structural engineering isn't quite the same as "replacing sliding glass doors". Clearly you have moved wall, reconfigured spaces, covered up work, remodeling 4 bathrooms & large kitchen, added both a bathroom and converted garage space, and more all without engineering, permits, plans and inspections.
