1. This Addition/Renovation May Trigger Substantial Improvement: Per Section 401.1 Amendments to the Florida Building Code-Building (Ordinance No. 2015-8), any combination of repair, reconstruction, rehabilitation, addition or improvement of a building or structure taking place during a five year period, the cumulative cost of which equals or exceeds 50 percent of the market value of the structure before the improvement or repair is started.

This Structure currently is required to meet AE-6 NAVD.

- And/or provide a cost break-down for all repairs in a signed contract with the homeowner which equals less than 50% of the structure value.
