NEED LEGIBLE COPY of Plan Sheets. Pages are not of sufficient clarity to scan into the record, review for Code compliance, properly build or inspect this project. Documents will be electronically scanned to produce the final permanent record, all documents must be clean, clear, and of sufficient density and having enough contrast to produce an acceptable scanned image. They must also be legible to build and inspect the project. (FBC-107.2.1)
It Appears from the Building Sketch of the Exterior you are intending to enclose the garage with windows. To change the usage of the garage area you will need approval from the Clearance Department and obtain an approved Site-plan and Clearance showing the intended use of the space.

Construction Documents (FBC-107.2.1): Please provide a sketch of the floor plan showing where the new construction is located within the structure. Information on construction documents shall be dimensioned and drawn upon suitable material and shall be of sufficient clarity to indicate the location, nature and extent of the work proposed and show in detail that it will conform to the provisions of this code and relevant laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, as determined by the building official.
From the pictures in our Pride System it is clear that walls have been removed, installed and space has been reconfigured. Please Provide legible drawings (use a ruler or higher a design professional) showing the before and after floor plans. Also please provide a detailed kitchen layout.

Clearly This Job Exceeds the Valuation Submitted: The applicant for a permit shall provide and estimated permit value at time of application. Permit valuations shall include total value of work, including materials and labor for which the permit is being issued, such as electrical, gas, mechanical, plumbing equipment and permanent systems. If, in the opinion of the building official, the valuation is underestimated on the application, the permit shall be denied and the final building permit valuation shall be set by the building official.
