Construction Documents (FBC-107.2.1): (Duplex) Please provide a sketch or floor plan showing where the new construction is located within the structure. Information on construction documents shall be dimensioned and drawn upon suitable material and shall be of sufficient clarity to indicate the location, nature and extent of the work proposed and show in detail that it will conform to the provisions of this code and relevant laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, as determined by the building official. Plans should show accurate location of adjacent facilities such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, smoke detectors, egress requirements and dimensioned drawings to verify compliance to the Florida Building Code 6th edition.

Please be sure to label the new floor space for it's intended use.
