Construction Affidavit for Renovation and Remodeling Document (FBC-107.2.1): Please provide a thorough breakdown of the work to be done ( including: sketch or floor plan showing where the new construction is located within the structure; the before and after of reconfigured space; any moved, removed and relocated walls, fixtures, including pertinent dimensions, etc.) Information on construction documents shall be dimensioned and drawn upon suitable material and shall be of sufficient clarity to indicate the location, nature and extent of the work proposed and show in detail that it will conform to the provisions of this code and relevant laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, as determined by the building official. - Missing plans showing dining room to bedroom conversion, (please include window size to verify egress requirements and smoke detector location) - Missing sunroom doorway conversion information will need and elevation drawing (and engineering only ok 9/28). - And from the limited sketch submitted it appears you are removing a fireplace? - Floor Plan as submitted 9/24/20 is missing dining room conversion and of such pool quality that it is illegible. PLEASE PROVIDE A LEGIBLE AND ACCURATE FLOOR PLAN AND A REAR ELEVATION DRAWING.

JOB COST/BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION: The applicant for a permit shall provide and estimated permit value at time of application. Permit valuations shall include total value of work, including materials and labor for which the permit is being issued, such as electrical, gas, mechanical, plumbing equipment and permanent systems. If, in the opinion of the building official, the valuation is underestimated on the application, the permit shall be denied and the final building permit valuation shall be set by the building official. (Please submit an Executed Contract documenting the $15,000 valuation.) per FBC-R109.3
