Plans submitted to replace 15 rear and 35 front doors on existing condo units in an existing building.  The rear doors will be replaced on units 612,613,614,622,623,624,632,633,634,642,643,644,652,653,and 654.  The plans are rejected for the following reasons:

The plans did not identify which units will have the 35 front doors replaced.  Provide this information.

The plans do not include any cut sheets or specifications for the proposed replacements.  Provide specifications for the proposed door.  Note that the original building plans called for 1 hour doors and 1 hour frames for the front and rear unit doors.  Ensure that your plans include door specs meeting this rating.

Included correspondence from the original architect for this project indicating that the door schedule in the plans is wrong, no rating required for the porch doors.  See attached.  PJW Thursday, June 27, 2019
