Floor Plans: Please provide an accurate Floor Plan Layout for the reconfigured space showing changes to the layout and/or structure (FBC-R107.3.5).
A significant change involving moving & removing of walls or other structural components a before and after drawing are required.
And please provide a revised Affidavit for Renovation and Remodeling Document showing the renovation as a level 2 including the revised scope of work.
