	1. Construction Documents (FBC-107.2.1): Please provide a sketch or floor plan showing where the new construction is located within the structure (see notes below). Information on construction documents shall be dimensioned and drawn upon suitable material and shall be of sufficient clarity to indicate the location, nature and extent of the work proposed and show in detail that it will conform to the provisions of this code and relevant laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, as determined by the building official. Notes: - I need a kitchen layout - Locate where on the floor plan you are installing windows and doors
	2. Missing Florida Product Approval: (As required by Florida Statute 553.842 and Florida Administrative Code 9B72) Please provide Florida Product Approval Sheets to show product approval numbers for exterior components and cladding,(i.e. Windows and Doors). Specific products are identified by the decimal places.
	3. I would like you to list the main code related areas of work on the 'Affidavit for Renovations and Remodeling Form'. And a small description of the reconfiguration of space. If it is a significant change involving moving & removing of walls or other structural components a before and after drawing may be required.
