1. This project located seaward of the Coastal Construction Control Line (CCCL) shall require a Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) permit which will establish the DEP design elevation (16.5) of the new Lowest Horizontal Member.

2. This project will require a Clearance Sheet and SJC Approved Site-plan for new patio foundation wall.
ADDED ON 12/06/2016, New foundation wall under patio slab not part of this permit. Must have DEP Permit for new work.
