	Plan reviewed for Fire Alarm System monitoring the Clubhouse, Leasing Building, Apartment Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9's Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Systems. The Clubhouse FACP is the communicator with the monitoring company via Cellular Dialer for ALL buildings. Reviewed using FFPC 8th edition effective Dec. 31, 2023. 	RESUBMITTING: A. Make necessary changes and resubmit everything in person to the permit center. You may not make handwritten alterations on signed and sealed plan pages. B. Once at the Permit Center swap out altered pages or insert new pages in EACH plan set (Job and Office). One copy of the removed/old pages from the JOB Copy will need to be submitted and marked "OLD". Do not forget to remove pages for work not associated to this permit. All plan papers must be the same size. C. Provide a response to comments along with any supporting documentation. Response to comments is REQUIRED not optional. - The response to comments sheet will need to include a response to each numbered comment and tell us where in the plans the comments was addressed. EX - "Top Left of Page E1-1" or "Page E1 Note 8". - Code responses shall reference Florida Fire Prevention Code, 8th Ed.
	1) One (1) set of plans for 11 Clearance Sheets (M24-2998, M24-29981, M24-29982, M24-29983, M24-29984, M24-29985, M24-29986, M24-29987, M24-29988, M24-29989 & M24-299810). This comment will not be signed off until all Clearance Sheets have all of their comments addressed.
	2) The plans were not bound (Stapled or pinned). Bound the Sheets prior to resubmitting them for review.
	3) The address reported to the monitoring company and that is reported to fire rescue dispatch SHALL be the address of this building and NOT the address of the clubhouse. 101:9.6.7.7 Also, the signals shall be specifically reported by zone and ID of device. 72:26.2.1.3
